The highly efficient 18" woofer, in conjunction with the large 4" voice coil, performs up to 142 dB max SPL and plays down to 31 Hz. With long excursion, 850 W continuous power (3,400 W peak) handling and a decent 101 dB sensitivity (1W/1m), the CV-118B subwoofer covers a wide dynamic range.
For safe and comfortable transport and setup, the CV-118B is equipped with two ergonomic handles on the sides. Non-slip feet on the bottom provide a stable stand and the M20 pole bar mount on the top allows for flexible use. The subtle housing, compact dimensions and bandpass design ensure unobtrusive integration into the environment, which is often not realizable with direct radiating subwoofers. The CV-118B's design provides uniform room-filling low-end coverage with minimal non-linear distortion and a defined sound in the band pass's frequency range, even at higher levels.
